We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2025, at the age of 31, Jaclyn Rose Garner of Kitchener, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Crissy Brundage (Garner) and Jamie Frey (Julie) of Stratford; her children, Aubree and Nico; her siblings, Shelby (Cole), Brent (Rayna), Kyle (Madison) and Kelton (Angele); her siblings' children, Axel, Alivia, Jackson and Sadie; her grandparents, Bruce Garner, Larry Wall, Richard, Tracey Frey and Jerry Camden; her friend Donna Schwartzentruber; Peg Wall.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Army Navy & Air Force Veterans Hall (151 Lorne Ave E, Stratford, ON N5A6S4).
