James Damsma Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of James Damsma (Kitchener, Ontario) is shared. James, born on October 15, 1946, passed away on September 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

James will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honour James by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though James is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. James’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.

He is survived by: his wife Kaaren; his children, Danielle, Brad, Lisa, Chris and Matt; his siblings, May and Gerry (Diane); and his sister-in-law Wanda. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
