He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ruland; his children, Michael (Tracy) and Susan Barnes (Paul); his grandchildren, Natalie Barnes and Dustin Ruland; his stepgrandchildren, Cameron and Robbie Cooper; his stepgreat-granddaughter Lily Cooper; his sister Mildred Bross; and his sibling-in-law Jean Ruland.
