She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy-Mae MacLauchlan and Grant MacLauchlan; her siblings, Margot Dawson and Stephen; and her nephews, Andrew and Michael.
She is survived by: her friends, Wendy, Cathy, Tracey, Val, Lulu, Riema and Kristal; her grandson Jason; her daughter Georgi (Pete); her siblings, John MacLauchlan (Mary), Julia MacLauchlan (Warren) and Ronald (Shirley); her nephews, Warren (Renata), Nathan (Cynthia), Stephen and David; and her niece Samantha (Mike).
She crocheted hats for charity and made luggage ornaments to give to all the flight attendants when she travelled.
