It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannette Rettinger (Kitchener, Ontario), who passed away on April 19, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband James Rettinger (Jim); and her parents, Kathleen Strauss and Leander Strauss. She is survived by : her children, Jeff (Maureen), Joyce Craig and Jody (Tammy); her grandchildren, Victoria (Ben), Sarah, Michelle, Heidi (Kyle), Jamie (Laura), Ryan, Rachael and Rose; her great grandchildren, Nora and Austin; and her siblings, Ron Strauss (Marilyn), Marjory Hohn, Doug, Bernie (Diane) and Dolly Taylor (Bill). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
