It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joanne Allan of Kitchener, Ontario, born in Listowel, Ontario, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Whitney Strong and Florence Marguerite'Rita'Strong; and her brothers, William, Perry and Robert.

She is survived by : her spouse Robert'Bob'Allan; her sons, James (Heidi) of West Kelowna and Mark (Catherine) of Milton; her grandchildren, Desirée (Ty), Kyla, Brianna, Jonathan, Audrey, Eve and Amelia; and her siblings, Alex Strong (Gwen) of Wingham and Helen Currie of Tweed.
