He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Don Couch; and his siblings, Helen, Frank, George and Beverly.

He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Kim Couch (James Marentette), Kelly Gardner (David) and Judi Greenlaw-Esch (Darryl); his grandchildren, Michael, Laura Couch, James, Mark, Beth and Zachary Gardner; and his great grandchildren, Layla, Memphis, Garren, Maddelyn, Lily and Ezra. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
