With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Lees (Kitchener, Ontario), who passed away on September 22, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lees and Marion Lees; his sons, David Lees and Richard Lees; and his sisters, Ella and Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lees; his daughter Julie MacNeill (Roger Shirran); his stepdaughters, Brenda Dumond-Novotny (Stephen Novotny) and Michelle Goodwin (Mike Goodwin); his grandchildren, John MacNeill (Samantha MacNeill), Amy Falls (Ian Falls), April Giancola (David Giancola), Vanessa Goodwin, Myles Novotny (Amy Caldwell), Rebecca Goodwin, Chloe Novotny, Owen, Willem, Holden, Cole and Jack; and his siblings, Archie and Effie.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Caressant Care Nursing Home in Listowel.
