He was predeceased by : his parents, John Mello and Sadie Mello; and his siblings, Maria Mello, Mary Lasater, Edward Mello, Helen Harrah and William Mello.
He is survived by : his children, Clare Mello (Kenneth Robinson), Carolyn Myers (Ronnie) and Steve Mello (Carrie); his grandchildren, Zachary Myers and Hannah Mello; and his siblings, David Mello (Greta), Arthur Mello (Peggy), Elizabeth, Margaret Mello and Doreen Swainson (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
