With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Karen Mary Angst in Kitchener, Ontario, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Scheels and Clara Scheels; and her sister Donna Piwowarek (late Ed). She is survived by: her husband Garfield "Gary" Angst; her children, Jason Angst (Debra Brown) and Andrea Capham; her grandchildren, Hayden, Jordan, Ashley, Kalana and Akela; her great grandchild Jordyn; and her siblings, Betty Anstett (late Jerry), Sandy Balheim (late John) and Pamela Murphy. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (537 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A7). A burial will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Woodland Cemetery (119 Arlington Blvd, Kitchener, ON N2A2G8).
