He is survived by: his wife Wanda Boettcher; his sons, Howard (Carol), Edward (Kathy) and Richard (Susan); his brother Eugen (Christa); his cousin Lucie (John Yendt); and his nieces, Veronica (Gerry Drews), Connie (Donald Zorn) and Caroline (Angelo Tzeckas).
