It is with sadness that the passing of Laura Josephine Donald (Kitchener, Ontario) is shared. Laura, born on June 27, 1933, passed away on August 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Nowak and Anna Nowak; her husband Jack Donald; her son Jeffrey; and her siblings, Clara, Stanley, Casimir, Josephine Cote, John and Irene Ferguson.
She is survived by: her children, John (Kristen), Jim, Scott (Blythe) and Shelley; her grandchildren, Jackie, Michelle Clark (Jordan), Jeff (Emma), Kailyn, Ryan (Alyssa), Sarah and Bryken; her great grandchild Max; and her siblings, Walter, Janet, Mania and Andzia.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre (1001 Ottawa St S, Kitchener, ON N2E2X5). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Parish (49 Blueridge Ave, Kitchener, ON N2M4E2).
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial donations to Canadian Food for Children, St. Vincent de Paul at St. Francis, or a charity of your choice.
