Lucille Clara Dietz Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Lucille Clara Dietz (Kitchener, Ontario) is shared. Lucille, born on April 25, 1952, passed away on August 23, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Huber and Mildred Huber; and her sisters, Arlene Byers (Vernon) and Barb Umlandt. She is survived by: her husband Donald Dietz; her children, Lori Farrugia (Duane), Dawn Hancey (Jason), Cherie Miller (Andrew) and Ryan Dietz (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Branden (Hali), Ashley (Connor), Kyle (Mackenzie), Jack, Logan, Hailey, Taylor and Kylie; and her brother Steve Huber (Marsha). She is also survived by her brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A memorial service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 1:15 PM at the Memory Gardens Cemetery (2723 Victoria St N, Breslau, ON N0B1M0).
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Kitchener Waterloo Humane Society (https://kwsphumane.ca) would be greatly appreciated by the family in honour of Lucille's lifelong love of animals.
