She is survived by: her husband Bernie Cushway; her children, Susan Cushway (Keith Tait) and Michael Cushway; her grandchildren, Billy, Samantha and Douglas; and her great grandchildren, Joseph, Summer, James (Susan), Jaxson and Peyton (Michael).
