She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Brum; her parents, Manuel Alvernaz and Rita Alvernaz; and her brothers, Antonio and Fernando Alvernaz.
She is survived by: her in-laws, João Brum, Maria Idalina Brum, Maria Fatima Zettler, Maria Laura Nunes (Manuel Jorge) and Conceição Brum. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's R. C. Church (85 Strange St, Kitchener, ON N2G1R4). A burial was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Williamsburg Cemetery (1541 Fischer-Hallman Rd, Kitchener, ON N2R1P6).
