She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Chrystal Spino; her parents, Georg Lindert and Maria Lindert; her brother George Lindert; and her brother-in-law Adolf Kurz.

She is survived by: her spouse Nunzio DiSimone; her children, Catherine Calvin (Douglas), John DiSimone, Nancy Bauman (Brian) and Barbara Emrich (Kurt); her grandchildren, Jennifer Flowers (Bruce), Brandon DiSimone (Lisa), Brittany Wallace (Jeff), Paul Emrich (Jessica), David Emrich (Shelby) and James Spino; her great grandchildren, Georgia, Bryson, Auston, Owen, Winston, Mason, Molly and Baby Boy Flowers; her sister Katie Kurz; and her sibling-in-law Elisabet Lindert.
