We bid farewell to Marlene Matthews of Kitchener, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 3, 2025 at the age of 72. Marlene touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her daughter Jacqueline Riopel; her parents, Harold Kraemer and Gert Kraemer; and her siblings, Denise Kraemer, Brian Kraemer, Donald Kraemer, Sharon Kraemer and Wally Kraemer.

She is survived by: her children, Amanda and Alex Matessich; her grandchildren, Isis Ismail, Ada, Alice Matessich and Oliver Riopel; and her siblings, Brenda Anderson, Debra, Phil Gleeson, Patricia Kraemer, Dennis Kraemer, James Perry Kraemer, Beverly Morris, Dean and Tracy Kraemer.
