He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hendel and Rosina Hendel; and his brothers, Dave and George Hendel. He is survived by: his children, Leslie of Waterloo and Christopher (Xanthe) of Kitchener; his grandchildren, Sammy and Charlie; and his sisters, Marie Wiesel of Cambridge, Rose Fennel and Tillie Nentwig (Gerald) of Kitchener. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
