With sadness, we share the passing of Mary Karidas (Kitchener, Ontario). Mary, born on June 29, 1937, passed away on October 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Karidas; her sister Anne Lintzeris (Angelo); and her parents, Petrina Bura and Paul Bura. She is survived by: her brother Nick Bura; her sons, Tom Karidas and Paul Karidas (Samira); her grandsons, Steven (Besa), John (Justina) and Steve; and her great grandchildren, Keleece and Nora.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sts. Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church (527 Bridgeport Rd, Kitchener, ON N2K1N7). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Woodland Cemetery (119 Arlington Blvd, Kitchener, ON N2A2G8).
