She was predeceased by : her husband Gordon; her parents, Margaret Scott and James Scott; her siblings, Peter, Jim, Bill and Janet Schalk; and her brothers-in-law, Paul Gilbert and Hank Schalk.

She is survived by : her children, Wendy and Rick (Wendy-Lee); her grandsons, Tyler and Tanner Nivins (Jessica); her siblings, Cameron (Sharon), Myrtle Gilbert and Patsy Mason (Peter); and her sister-in-law Annette Scott. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Crohn's and Colitis Canada or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
