She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon; her parents, Margaret Scott and James Scott; her siblings, Peter, Jim, Bill and Janet Schalk; and her brothers-in-law, Paul Gilbert and Hank Schalk.

She is survived by: her children, Wendy and Rick (Wendy-Lee); her grandsons, Tyler and Tanner Nivins (Jessica); her siblings, Cameron (Sharon), Myrtle Gilbert and Patsy Mason (Peter); and her sister-in-law Annette Scott. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
