With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mike George (Kitchener, Ontario), who passed away on June 2, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James George and Mary George. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Jim (late Eva), Brenda Brown (Ralph), Brian (Bernadette) and Kathy Fitzgerald (Pete); his grandchildren, Jamie (Becky), Jaclyn (late Jason), Chris (Danielle), Samantha, Sarah (Roberto), Michael (Sarah) and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Savannah, Jonah and Kaia; and his siblings, Lucy Laba (late Larry), Jean Balahura (Bob), Dave George (Bev) and Linda (Paul).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grand River Hospital Foundation or to Lisaard House.
