He is survived by: his spouse Gail Campbell; his sisters, Lorna Berry and Heather Foresi (Edward); his nieces and nephews, Adam, Ashlea (Scott), Karl (Michelle), William (Amanda) and Joel; his father-in-law Ralston (Amelia Mc Cartney); and his brother-in-law Stuart McCartney.
