It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrtle Oestreicher (Kitchener, Ontario), who passed away on December 17, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Paul Stricker (Lana); her grandchild Cy (Lorinda); her former husband Stanley Stricker; her children, Wayne Stricker and Sharon Stricker; her husband Carl Leonard Oestreicher; her stepchild Dean Oestreicher; and her siblings, Vera Kipfer, Nora Shantz, Mildred Scheerer (Russell), Clifford and Alice Bauman.
She is survived by: her son Tim; her stepson Myron Oestreicher; her granddaughter Heidi Burrowes (Colin); her stepgrandchildren, Christopher Oestreicher and Tanya Oestreicher; and her great grandchildren, Julian Riches, Liam Burrowes, Eli Burrowes, Michal Jones-Stricker (Rena), Alysha Stricker, Gwen Green (Mel), Erilyn Green, Morgan Green, Connor Green and Zack Hill.
