He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham and Isaac (Jacob). He is survived by: his wife Laila Markos; his daughters, Theresa Mina (George) and Suzy Seip (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Alexander Mina, Simon Seip and Abigail Seip; and his siblings, Michel, Kamel, Fouad Markos, Youssef, Souad, Angle, Georgette and Alice Markos.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary and St. Maurice's Coptic Orthodox Church (388 Ottawa St S, Kitchener, ON N2M3P4). A burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at the Williamsburg Cemetery (1541 Fischer-Hallman Rd, Kitchener, ON N2R1P6).
