She was predeceased by: her parents, Eric Lundy and Wynne Lundy; and her siblings, Karen, Rick (Gail) and Jerry (Carole).
She is survived by: her husband Alan Pearl; her children, Melissa Wells-Cave (Jason), Brayden, Ryan, Sarah, Bradley Wells (Ashley), Noah and Owen; her stepchildren, Stacey Nyburg (Theo) and Rachel Visser (Paul); her children, Joe, Alyssa, Ben and Laura; her brother David Pearl (Amber); and her friend Rick Wells. She is also survived by extended family and the many friends.
In lieu of flowers, we know that Pat would have appreciated donations to one of her favourite charities. These were the Humane Society of Kitchener, Diabetes Canada, and the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
