With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Hamilton (Kitchener, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 18, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her significant other Carl Douglas "Doug" Fries; her children, Kim, Julie, Bill (Sharla), Brad (Jaclyn) and April (Scott); her grandchildren, Eden, Rachel (Brandon), Shanice, Bradley, Riley, Cody (Victoria), Ty, Ayden, Adam, Evan and Cameron; and her great grandchildren, Savannah, Xavier, Ezrah and Izaiah.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 50 (524 Belmont Ave W, Kitchener, ON N2M5E3).
As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to Waterloo Region Health Network Foundation - Cancer Centre (https://wrhnf.ca) or to the Waterloo Region Food Bank would be appreciated by the family (can be arranged through the funeral home or online).
