We bid farewell to Patricia Helen Herzog (Kitchener, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 22, 2025. Patricia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Herzog (William); her parents, Helen Nix and Robert Nix; and her sister Barbara Pitcher. She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy (Mike Kelly) and Lori Madden; her grandchildren, Kristin Kelly, Liam Kelly, Brynne Madden and Ben Madden; her siblings, Wendy Nix and Ken Nix (Cathy); and her sister-in-law Karen Kowalski (Dave).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Westmount Golf and Country Club (50 Inverness Dr, Kitchener, ON N2M2Y4).
