He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bill, Victor, Abe, Jake, Anna and Elizabeth Wiebe; his brother-in-law Carl Godman; and his wife Verna Mae Janzen.
He is survived by: his children, CJ Janzen and Karl Janzen; his siblings-in-law, Edward Wiebe (Elizabeth), Erna (Abe), Herta (Jake), Jane (Victor) and Fay Godman (Carl); and his friend Linda.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre (1001 Ottawa St S, Kitchener, ON N2E2X5). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
There, he made significant contributions to improving the safety of nuclear power plants through the design and manufacture of seals and other critical components.
