She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald; her son Gerald Jr. (Judy); her parents, John Arthur and Edna Johnson (Redden); her siblings, Bea Totten (Percy), Myrtle Dean and Carl Johnson (Donna); her close friends, Earl Johnson (Billie), Doris Anthony (Byron), Artie Johnson and Ola Armsworthy (Russell); Walter Dean.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Rene Erskine (Julie), Tina Erskine (Clay), Todd, Jennifer Yeager (late Toni), Alex (Darcy) and Sara; and her sister-in-law Elda Johnson. She is also survived by her many great-grandchildren.
