In loving memory of Richard Barnarden Woroch (Kitchener, Ontario), who departed this world on May 22, 2026 at the age of 92. Richard leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Kay Woroch; and his siblings, Fred, Carl, Edward Woroch and Helen Zalobka.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Woroch; his children, David Woroch (Sandra), Robert Woroch (Carol), Jim Woroch (Linda), Julie Goldie (Andy) and Rick Woroch (Joe-Ann); his grandchildren, Amy, Megan, Michael (Amy), Melissa (Kyle), Ryan, Eric (Pardis), Courtney (Nicholas), Emma (Michael), Josilyn (Zach) and Brandon; and his stepsisters, Sylvia Martin (Bill) and Marianne Kocher. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (537 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A7). A burial will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Parkview Cemetery (335 University Ave E, Waterloo, ON N2K4P4).
