He was predeceased by: his spouse Corrinne Yemen; his parents, George Yemen and Clara Yemen; and his brothers, Jack Yemen and Frank Stewart.

He is survived by: his children, Kevin Yemen, Lisa Cook (Stan), Michelle Foley and Patricia Coppins (Richard); his grandchildren, Jessica Heimbecker (Clayton), Micheal Cook, Matthew Foley and Rebecca Foley; and his great grandchild Eleanor Heimbecker.
