She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Sculthorp and Vynoma Sculthorp. She is survived by : her children, Pam Mazurek (Bill), Peggy Forrest (Tom) and Dan; her grandchildren, Cody (Lidia) and Madelyn; and her close friends, Joan and Jim.
