Slavka Topale Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Slavka Topale (Kitchener, Ontario), who passed away on March 6, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Slavka leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband George Topale; her child Vesna Hepditch (James); her grandchild Lauren Hepditch; her nieces and nephews, Juliana Petrovic (Dragan) and Dragan Nikolic; and also Dean Petrovic.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the Woodland Cemetery (119 Arlington Blvd, Kitchener, ON N2A2G8). A reception was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Mandarin Restaurant (4220 King St E, Kitchener, ON N2P2G5).
