She is survived by: her husband Benedict Sr.; her children, Destiny, Keisha and Benedict Jr.; her granddaughter Isla; her parents, Sharon Cook and Melvin Cook; her aunts and uncles, Linda Bush, Mary Rieck, Bill Gosse and Gerald Gosse (Diane); her mother-in-law Aurea Peregil (Rea); her sister-in-law Monica De Freitas (Steve (Pablo)); her niece Calla; and her nephew Kyler.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
