He was predeceased by: his parents, Svetozar Necakov and Danica Necakov; his daughter Irena Baumann; and his siblings, Tinka, Sima, Jasa and Slavko.
He is survived by: his children, John (Marioara), Gordana Covach (Abel), Mary Dragojlovic (Dushko), Elizabeth Contrascere (Marc), Vesna Webel (Gary), Steve (Carolyn), Mike (Svetlana), Paul (Barb) and Brenda Nitz (Thomas); and his siblings, Milan (Lola) and Zivan (Ljiljana). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
