He was predeceased by: his wife Bernice Horchik; his stepson Darryl Koebel; his parents, Andrew Horchik and Julia Horchik; and his nephews, Andy, Charlie Horchik and Lizzy.
He is survived by: his friends, Adrianne, Audrey, Maria Ball, Michelle, Dave Harlock, Kirsten and Brandon Rabethge.
