He is survived by: his wife Kathy Collins; his children, Julia (Gary), Dan and Chris (Mandy); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Abby, Aiden and Zachary; and his siblings, Mavis, Jennifer (Wayne), Jack (Doug) and David. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins.
