She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas; her children, Sheila Turco (Shawn), Alan Brown and Lesley; her grandchildren, Candice Phelan (Lee), Erin Hustler, Jennifer Stark (Cory), Adam Hustler, Scott Phelan (Tyneille) and Meaghen Hustler (Robert "RJ"); her great grandchildren, Autumn, Colton, Scott, Mason, Oliver and Elora; and her sister Elizabeth Morris.

She is survived by: her son-in-law Kevin Phelan; and her brother George Somerville of Scotland.

Memorial donations if desired may be made to the Canadian Wildlife Federation.
