He was predeceased by : his parents, Steve and Theresa; and his brother Johnny. He is survived by : his children, Dennis (Julie Anne), Eric (Mimma), Mark (Corrine), Leah (James), Cody (Kayla), Luke (Amanda) and Tyler (Ines); and his grandchildren, Jayden, Riley, Kaydance, Adrianna, Julia, Austin, Ashley, Livia, Lily, Landon, Lennox and Bailey.
