She was predeceased by: her husband George; her parents, Annanias Martin and Susanna Martin (Steckle); her siblings, Florence Wideman (Aaron), Almeda Martin, Lloyd Martin (Gladys), Laura Shantz (Milo), Abner Martin, Nelson Martin and Vernon Martin; and her brother-in-law Carson Moyer.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Cornies (Ron) and John Wallace; her sister Ellen Moyer; her sister-in-law Shirley Martin; and her grandchildren, Kara and Henry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home (171 King St S, Waterloo, ON N2J1P7). A memorial service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Mennonite Church (800 King St E, Kitchener, ON N2G2M6). A burial was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Jacobs Mennonite Cemetery (2035 Three Bridges Rd, St. Jacobs, ON N0B2N0).
