William House Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, William House and Hulda House; his sister Ruth Bock (late Donald); his granddaughter Karlene Schmidt; and his son-in-law David Drummond.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Shelley Helmling (Brian), Sherrie Schmidt (late Bill), Valerie Diebel (Timothy) and Jay House (Betty); his grandchildren, Wendy Weber (Tim), Sarah Yensen (Blake), Amber Giles, Zachary Diebel and Nash House; his great grandchildren, Travis, Teesha, Taylor, Torah, Houston, Emma, Ridley, Graham, Harper, Isla and Rowan; his siblings, Joyce Geng (Frank) and Roy (late Margaret); and his caregiver Paula. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Lutheran Church (247 Westmount Rd E, Kitchener, ON N2M4Z2). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Williamsburg Cemetery (1541 Fischer-Hallman Rd, Kitchener, ON N2R1P6).
