In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Wolfgang Albert had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Wolfgang Albert may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Heinrich Kessel and Lucia Kessel. He is survived by: his friend John Schmidt; his wife Irene; and his children, Ingrid, Christoph and Ronald. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Parkview Cemetery (335 University Ave E, Waterloo, ON N2K4P4).
