He was predeceased by : his parents, Hugh Forbes and Clara Forbes; and his siblings, Annie Facey, Doug Forbes, Ruth Waters and Hugh Forbes.
He is survived by : his wife Gwen; his children, Bill (Janice) and Cathy Smith (Greg); his granddaughters, Melissa (Jeff), Miranda (Brian), Brianne, Megan and Kaitlin; and his great grandchild Brayden.
Donations to the Middlesex London Heart and stroke foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy and may be made through the funeral home.
