She was predeceased by : her husband Wade "Bud" Ward; her children, Ian Ward and Susan Leslie; her son-in-law David Leslie; her brother-in-law Bob Ward; her sister Orma Melvin; and her grandchildren, Christopher Spencer and Jennifer Leslie.
She is survived by : her children, Cathy Hautanen (Leonard), Linda Doerkson (Gary), Fred Ward (Janis) and Mary Schweiger (Tom); her sister-in-law Joan Ward; her daughter-in-law Sue Ward; her grandchildren, Daniel (Janey), Roger (Carolyn), Lindsay, Arthur (Yvonne), Kelly (Garth), Ashli, Amber, Luke, Chelsea (Nic), Brad (Danielle), Nicole, Joshua and Jacob; and her friends, Jennifer Oliphant and Cathy Hall. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army would be welcomed.
