It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Archie Kidd of Lakefield, Ontario, who passed away on December 11, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Archie Kidd to pay them a last tribute.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Archie leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his children, Catherine (David), Karen (Tim), Steven (Andrea), Paul (Jennifer) and Joseph (Sharon); his sister Christine; and his brother-in-law Brad Barnett. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 31st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hendren Funeral Home (66 Queen St, Lakefield, ON K0L2H0).
