It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey Grace Patrick (Lakefield, Ontario), who passed away on April 27, 2018, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Linda (Mike), Richard (Darlene), Sylvia (Billy), Kim (Pat) and Kirk (Camilla); her grandchildren, Richard, Jennifer, Lisa, Shane, Lori, Adam, Willy, David, Michael, Annie and Jessica; her great grandchildren, Kayla, Chelsea, Connor, Chloe, Olivia, Austin, Leah, Elyssa, Abbey, Masen, Curtis, Jameson, Rylee, Sophia and Mason; her siblings, Allison, Irene, Leona, Ethel and Arthur; Kirby.
It is her and the family's wish that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Autism Ontario.
