It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothea Grace Smith of Lakefield, Ontario, who passed away on September 6, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Smith; her parents, John Bell and Edith Bell; and her sister Mary (Elmore). She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Lee Smith (Martin) and Laurie Smith (Gabriel); her granddaughters, Edith Lamb and Vivian Lamb; her siblings, Ruth (Jim) of Chicago and Ken (Nancy) of Toronto; and her siblings' children, Stacey, Jeff, Kathy, Nori, David, Mary and Ruth.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Marshland Centre (64 Hague Blvd, Lakefield, ON K0L2H0).
