She was predeceased by: her spouse Vern Elstone; her parents, Wallace Orr and Peggy Orr; and her siblings, Paul Orr (Brenda), Peter Orr and Mary Orr.
She is survived by: her children, Jill Watson (Chris), Janet Slater (James) and Mark Elstone (Susan); her grandsons, Liam Watson, Gordon Slater, Gregory Slater, Jacob Elstone (Hayley) and Ethan Elstone (Alicia); her brother James Orr (Brenda); and her siblings-in-law, Jim Elstone (Bernice), John Elstone (Mary) and Mary Gardner (Don). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hendren Funeral Home - Lakefield Chapel (66 Queen St, Lakefield, ON K0L2H0). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada, or St. Luke's Anglican Church.
