He was predeceased by: his grandson Max. He is survived by: his significant other Wendy Herbert; his son Doug (Laurie); his grandchildren, Jack, Joshua (April), Jordan and Ben; and his siblings, Larry (Cheryl), Judy (Hague), Debbie (Dick), Farley (Debbie), Jim (Peggy) and Stephen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
