He is survived by : his wife Wendy; his children, Lisa Chatzikirou, Beth Kokorudz (Jake) and Sam Pettitt (Nicola); his grandchildren, Ashley, Hayden and Charlie; and his mother-in-law Adela Angell. He is also survived by his sister and brothers-in- law and all his nieces and nephews.
